The Canoe & Kayak Rodney Coast Challenge (RCC), is an event run by the Kaukapakapa Scout group as a fund raiser

The RCC is a well known event on the multi-sport calendar and almost everyone can do it. Many athletes use this race as a warm-up as it is one of the first races of the season

The event averages 480+ participants per year, and 2008 saw us get 535 entrants. Our best year ever. The event is located North of Auckland, starting at Muriwai and finishing at Wenderholm Park. The event involves Running, Cycling, Mountain Biking, and Kayaking
