2022 TEMPORARY RUN ROUTE CHANGE

Registration at Start Line/Transition 1

  • Parking only on sealed part of Rimmer Road, outside the Forest gates facing East and down towards State Highway 16

  • No vehicles are to be inside the forest gate or in the side street opposite

  • The forest entrance is to be kept clear at all times

  • The runner registers for the whole team and collects their race bib. This bib is transferred from team mate to teammate at transitions

  • Race Packs and t-shirts will be distributed at the finish line in Wenderholm on return of your race bib

  • Athletes wanting to have gear bag and warm clothes at the start line can drop this at registration (Please label with your name and race number) and this will be taken to the finish at Wenderholm for you

  • Other team members: Road Cyclists, Mountain Bikers and Kayakers, do not need to come to the start line for registration. All details are here on this page, and updates will be emailed to all competitors prior to the race

  • Race number bibs issued at check-in. Only the team runner needs to be at check-in, other team members can go directly to their transition areas

Timing

  • 5:45 AM The Road Cycle transition opens for competitors wishing to drop their cycles off. Officials will be on hand for security

  • 6:00 AM The registration area at Rimmers Road transition area is open for check-in. Race number bibs issued at check-in. Only the team runner needs to be at check-in, other team members can go directly to their transition areas

  • 7:00 AM Pre-race briefing

  • 7:15 AM Race Start

  • A "Portaloo" is available at registration
